Words from the Unemployed.

Believe it or not there are upsides to being unemployed. So far, this is what I've learned.

I love the sleep schedule. Its perfect for the night owl in me...go to bed anywhere between 1am and 3am and go to bed without having to set an alarm, and wake up whenever you are ready to wake up, but I don't really sleep much so I'm usually up between 8:30 and 9. You can go an entire day without getting dressed (I'm not proud of this). You get to PICK what you do with each and every day. So far, mine haven't been very exciting but still, the freedom is nice! You get to watch daytime television and actually feel like cooking dinner, and can go grocery shopping during the day--not sure why I love this so much but it makes me hate it a lot less than I do when I go at 11 at night. You get to spend lots of time at your mom's organizing for her and being your little brother's maid (I love doing this minus the Nate's maid part, professional organizer job out there anywhere???)You get to do lunch with the parents a lot, and even get to meet up with your Aunt and Grandparents some days (did this today) and you finally have time to get around to things you've been meaning to get done forever! This is the life I tell ya!  The downsides of course are that you have less money than you used to so you can't do anything too fun with the new found free time, your husband is afraid of you because your hair-do is a week old (okay that may be an exaggeration, but you get the point), looking for jobs gets really old really fast, applying for jobs is long and monotonous, you don't have a reason to get dressed in the morning, and your husband envies your awesome lifestyle.

3 weeks of the unemployed life down, hopefully not too many more to go! The longer I go without one, the harder it is going to be to have to have a schedule again!!!

Hey Nicole! I know this is random but I know an awesome company in Provo who is looking for a receptionist. It's called Rocky Mountain Mortgage and they need somebody ASAP! If you want to know more or want to apply just send your resume to James at james@utahmortgage.com. Hope you are doing well!
