Checked Out.

This is totally not something I would normally blog about...
but I can't resist, because I found the whole thing pretty funny.
Friday night, Tyler & I went to Pizza Pie Cafe in Provo.
We were about done eating and could see the waiting area from where we were sitting...If you know Tyler at all, you know how much he loves BYU football. He eat, sleeps, & breaths it. Well as we were eating, in walks Jake Heaps. If any of you don't know who Jake Heaps is, I will fill you in. He's BYU newest Freshmen recruit. He's an AMAZING football player, so needless to say, he's a BIG deal and BYU(and TYLER) can't wait to have him on the team next year. Anyway, Jake walks in and Tyler got the biggest grin on his face. It was really kinda funny. He couldn't stop staring and just smiling. He was waiting to be seated, so I kept joking with Tyler that he should invite him to come sit with us, since we had extra seats. Of course, he wouldn't do it so we just left. Tyler kept staring back as we walked out, I kinda just thought it was because he still was excited to see Jake. After we walked out, Tyler just kept smiling and started laughing. I thought it was because he had seen Jake, but nope. This wasn't the case. When I asked him why he was laughing, he goes, "Jake Heaps was TOTALLY just checking out your BUTT!" I laughed and truthfully didn't believe him, because he was grinning about it so much--totally thought he was lying. When I disagreed he was like..."yeah, he totally was. I was gonna say hi to him, til he totally checked you out!" I guess most boyfriends wouldn't get such big grins when another guy checks out his girlfriend, but I guess Tyler feels pretty cool, when his BYU football idols do it!"

Selling Out

So, as most of you know, my good friend Jaynee got married in December.
Jaynee was my roommate and when she moved out, I suddenly lost all desire to live there.
I kinda realized I didn't want to share a room with a random person...which up until this point,
I would not have had to do. (She has been unable to sell her contract).
So at Christmas time, I basically moved out.
Fully planning to go back but I never did so, so needless to say,
I have been trying to sell my contract too.
Up until this point, the only people interested have been, to say the least, interesting.
It's become frustrating, but this week we finally found someone who is somewhat normal
(or so I think, haven't met them yet.)
I'm am thrilled! It isn't a done deal yet, but I hope, I hope, I hope, it all works out.
Frankly, I think paying rent sucks ESPECIALLY when I'm not even living there.
It's basically like throwing money into a hole.
I will be THRILLED if this goes through.
Hopefully I get lucky!
