Lately.

What have we been up to lately you ask?

A little cookin...YES! I CAN cook. Tyler liked to tell EVERYONE before we got married that I couldn't. Not sure why he said this, because I CAN cook and have for him before, but because he gave me such a hard time before I had to rise to the challenge. He will tell you, he was IMPRESSED. I'll admit, its been more of a challenge than I thought it would be. Not because I can't cook...but because I simply haven't had the time to cook. Most nights I have a meal plan, but Tyler has already fed himself before I even get home from work & I can't blame him for not waiting, because after a 10 hour day working construction, I would be starving too!

A little ONE TREE HILL...I own most the seasons and LOVE it. I have been begging Tyler to give it a chance, and this past week he finally agreed to it. And I got him hooked on both the show & Sophia Bush! Ok, maybe not hooked on Sophia Bush, because duh...he's hooked on me ;) but I'm pretty sure he has developed a small crush on her, whether he admit it or not, he's definitely a fan of her character, Brooke, on the show. He always sides with Brooke when there is drama on the show. And he doesn't mind the way she looks either.

A little LOT of Shopping...Thankfully for our bank account, we haven't been doing a whole lot of buying! But that has also been frustrating, at least for me, I feel very unorganized, because I still don't feel at all settled in our apartment. We need a dresser and have yet to find one, we've made a few small yet successful purchases that have helped us settle, but are still working on some big ones! I am crossing my fingers and prayin' we'll have some good luck this weekend!

...AND Lots of Working...I recently got a new job and so I have been working BOTH jobs basically since we got married, feels like all I do is work. I will be happy next week when I am just working one of them! Tyler has put in lots of hours too. Last week he worked around 50 hours (which is normal for him) and this week, he was lucky and got to have a little time off, which was a nice break for him.

What do we look forward to most you ask?

OUR WEEKENDS! We love getting to sleep in on Saturdays, we love not having to go into work, and most of all we love having time to spend together! ...TGIF
