Conflicted.

My favorite holiday of the year just so happens to be VALENTINES DAY!

It just so happens that the husband's least favorite holiday of the year is VALENTINES DAY!

I have a feeling Valentines Day is going to get interesting.

I'm Getting Old.

So I realized this morning that I am definitely getting old.

My birthday is only a week away and I just BARELY realized this.
This is a SURE sign of my old age.

I love my birthday.

It is the best part of the year.

So good in fact that I usually countdown to it WAY in advance.

But this year I haven't.

In fact, I don't even think I am excited for it.

I'm turning 22... and there is absolutely nothing special about 22.

January.

January has been a fairly uneventful month...but we've kept it fun by enjoying BYU basketball.

I love watching basketball and this has been a very very fun season.

Best game so far was beating San Diego State! 

My throat and ears hurt the entire next day, but it was completely worth it.

...and my sweet husband bought me a Jimmer jersey at the game.

 

 We were very excited that they won & even ran out on the court after. Not so much because of the excitement, but because if we hadn't we probably would have been trampled by everyone behind us running down to the court.

 We waited around after so Tyler could get his own Jimmer jersey signed by Jimmer himself!

...and guess what? He's selling it..imagine that.

 Jimmer is pretty great & has sure made BYU basketball lots of fun this year, but I'm still NOT naming my child after him.
